A device modified from a mysterious magic accessory that was given to Ras. By adding magic equations and auxiliary equipment to the device, Mercedes can now safely wield her incredible power.
Base Level
(Mercedes-Exclusive) Decreases damage suffered from a critical hit by 30%. When more than one damage effect is granted, only the strongest effect is applied. If an ally is attacked when it's not the caster's turn, has a 15% chance to activate Dimensional Rupture. Can only be activated once every 2 turns. The skill effect of this artifact does not increase when enhanced. (Will not activate upon death)
