Time Matter
A source of power that Guardian Kazran wields that controls time. It can bring forth a time in the past that no one can remember.
Base Level
Increases damage by 6% when attacking. When an enemy is killed by an attack, increases the damage of the next attack by an additional 12% and reduces skill cooldown by 1 turn. Skill cooldown reduction effect can only be activated once per skill.

Increases damage by 12% when attacking. When an enemy is killed by an attack, increases the damage of the next attack by an additional 24% and reduces skill cooldown by 1 turn. Skill cooldown reduction effect can only be activated once per skill.
