11/15 (Fri) Patch Information

In order to fix an issue in the game, Epic Seven will have a patch on 11/15 (Fri). Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will not be affected.

2. Details
- A system message prompting the download of the [Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable] is now displayed if the required package was not up-to-date in PC environments.
- Fixed an issue where clicking web page links in in-game event pop-ups on the PC client did not display correctly for PC environments.
- Fixed an issue where a Hero shared through chat in the mobile environment cannot be viewed in the PC environment chat.
- Fixed an issue where the [Share] button does not appear in the Hero and Equipment detail screens in the PC client.
- Fixed an issue where the [Hero Rating > Equipment Status] button was non-functional in the PC client.
- Fixed an issue where the game could not be accessed if the PC client's installation path (folder name) was set to a language other than English.
- Fixed an issue where the server selection screen would appear every time the PC client was launched and connected to the game.
- Fixed an issue where logging in to the PC client followed by logging in with the same account on a mobile device caused repeated [STOVE ERROR] messages without closing the PC client.
- Fixed an issue where entry into [Area 3 of Labyrinth: Malicus's Consciousness] was not possible.
3. Affected Content: Game access temporarily unavailable.
※ Please Note!
- Even if the game closes after the patch application, the player’s game data will be unaffected.
- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.
- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting to the game will allow you to play as normal.
- Please wait and log into the game after the maintenance.
