This is Epic Seven.
We sincerely appreciate the interest and support of all of our Heirs who have continued their adventures with us in Epic Seven.
With this balance adjustment, we plan to implement changes to 5 Heroes, 2 Artifacts, and 1 Lasting Effect. These changes are scheduled to take effect following the update on 11/23.
1. Balance Adjustment Target
With this balance adjustment, certain Heroes, Artifacts, and Lasting Effects that have been absent in the current meta will be adjusted.
The details of the balance adjustment for the selected Heroes, Artifacts, and effects can be seen below.

Lone Crescent Bellona will see an overall improvement in her usability through this balance adjustment.
The amount of Fighting Spirit gained by Waxing Crescent when attacked will increase so that players can activate All Eyes on Me more often.
Quixotic Crescent will be adjusted to have a one-turn shorter skill cooldown, allowing it to grant Vigor more frequently and making it easier to seize the chance to defeat the enemy. Furthermore, to safely deal damage in various situations, the conditional damage increase effect will be removed, and instead, the base damage will be increased. With the reduction in the base skill cooldown, the amount of Soul and Fighting Spirit acquired from Quixotic Crescent will decrease, and the existing Soulburn Effect will be moved to Delicate Crescent.
With the new Soulburn Effect, players can greatly increase the damage dealt with Delicate Crescent, making it easier to defeat the enemy.

Death Dealer Ray is a hero designed to continuously inflict injuries with allies using Anatomical Mutation and deal a great amount of damage with Cloud of Death. However, it takes a considerable amount of time for him to unleash his full potential, and there are occasions when his effectiveness his is limited, depending on the opponent's response. As a result, Death Dealer Ray will undergo adjustments to showcase his abilities more quickly.
First, the acquisition and consumption of Focus will be removed from all skills. A cooldown will be added to Cloud of Death, allowing him to use it early in battle. Additionally, an effect to dispel enemy buffs before putting them to Sleep and inflicting Venom with Cloud of Death will be added. Furthermore, the pestilence buff granted by Anatomical Mutation will be adjusted to detonate venom on the target instantly instead of decreasing its duration, making it easier for allies to inflict injuries.
With these changes, the detonation effect on Clinical Trial and Cloud of Death will be removed since venom can be detonated instantly using the buff effect of Anatomical Mutation. However, the additional damage equivalent to the target's injuries will be transferred to Clinical Trial, enabling defeating the enemy with injuries inflicted more often.

Aramintha's detonation effect on Ignite can instantly deal damage, but it was challenging to use in content that required inflicting and maintaining multiple Burn effects. Therefore, adjustments will be made to Aramintha allowing players to choose whether or not to detonate the Burn effects using her Exclusive Equipment. The existing Exclusive Equipment - Option 2 effect, ”Increases Catalyst's Combat Readiness increase effect by 5%” will be changed to a base effect, and the detonation effect will be transferred to the Exclusive Equipment - Option 2, allowing players to choose whether to use the detonate effect or not. Furthermore, the stun effects of Fire Pillar will be adjusted to have a higher chance, making it easier to defeat enemies.
In line with this balance adjustment, Aramintha's Exclusive Equipment - Option 2 will be adjusted as follows.

As there will be changes to her Exclusive Equipment - Options 2, players will be able to change the option for this Equipment for 2 weeks after the adjustments have been applied. Exclusive Equipment that had adjustments made to their options and was obtained prior to the adjustment is eligible to be changed. When a player changes the options, other effects of the Exclusive Equipment will remain unchanged. Option changes cannot be reversed.

Benevolent Romann will be adjusted to effectively contain enemies by enhancing his ability to inflict debuffs on the enemies. Mana Fundamentals will decrease Defense of the enemies in addition to silencing, providing better conditions to support allies to defeat enemies. His passive skill, High Mage's Might will now have the effect immune to silence added, making him effective against enemies who silence the opponent.

Through these adjustments, Serila will be improved to increase her overall damage in battle while increasing the damage of allies as well.
First, Serila's Exclusive Equipment effect of dispelling buffs from the target when using Flame Kiss will be changed to decrease Defense of the target, increasing the damage of allies. The damage of Spirit Absorb and its Soulburn Effect will increase as well, making her more effective in battle.
In line with this balance adjustment, Serila's Exclusive Equipment - Option 3 will be adjusted as follows.

We're adjusting Durandal to improve its limited usage of taking effect only when the Hero has decreased Health.
Some of the Combat Readiness increasing effects can now be applied after being attacked without Health conditions, making it more usable in various situations.

Sleep is a debuff that can limit the enemy's action, but it is hard to utilize since the debuff is removed after the target is attacked. In this Balance Adjustment, Sleep will be adjusted to decrease Evasion by 100%, allowing Sleep to be more strategic in various situations.
