This is GM Dominiel.

Epic Seven will have a patch on 6/20(Thu).

Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

■ Patch Information

1. Schedule: 6/20(Thu) 13:20 UTC

2. Details: 

- An issue where the list of globally banned Heroes and Artifacts is not displaying in the E7WC preliminaries.
- An issue where updating and installing Epic Seven through the Amazon Appstore is not possible.
- An issue Rift Content error.

■ Temporary Restriction on Rift Content Compensation
1. Compensation: Leif 3(Delivered to your in-game mailbox, Storage Period: 7 Days)
2. Period: 6/20 (Thu) 13:30 ~ 6/21 (Fri) 14:59 UTC

※ Please Note

- Even if the game closes after the patch application, the player’s game data will be unaffected.

- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.

- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.

- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.
