We have prepared a special Fan Art Contest to create unique memories with our Heirs!

The Fan Art created by our Heirs will be transformed into official Epic Seven merchandise!

     (The SD Characters category will not have a finals voting period.)

3. Eligibility

   - All Heirs on the Korea, Asia, Global, Europe, and Japan server aged 20 years and above!

4. How to Participate

   1) Create your artwork based on the category you've chosen and upload your entry to the designated board using the provided format.

8. Artwork Selection Criteria

   - All winning artworks will be selected by the official Smilegate Megaport judges.

   - Winning entries will be selected from all participants, regardless of the server of the participants' play on.

   - In the Fan Art Illustrations category, a maximum of 15 artworks will advance to the finals from all the preliminary round.

   - Duplicate entries are allowed in the 2023 Fan Art Contest, but winners cannot win more than once.

      e.g. 1) If you receive the Popularity Award, you will not be eligible for the Special Award, even if you meet the criteria for it.

      e.g. 2) You can participate in both the Fan Art Illustration category and the SD Characters category, but you cannot be selected as a winner in both categories.

   - In the case of Special Awards, we prioritize a sense of humor and wit over drawing skills.

Enjoy the artworks of Heirs who participated in this Fan Art Contest on the STOVE community in each language!

※ Please Note

- This event has been conducted in accordance with the [Event Regulations].

- Participants in the Fan Art Contest must be 20 years old or older.

- The chosen Fan Arts will be transformed into Fan Art Merchandise and distributed at upcoming events.

- To have your participation accepted, you must upload your artworks on the Fan Art Contest board for each category in the STOVE community.

- Duplicate entries are allowed. However, winners cannot win more than once and only the Artwork uploaded on the STOVE Community at first will be accepted.

  e.g. 1)   If you qualify for the Finals, you cannot be nominated for Runner-Up, Popularity Award, or Special Award.

  e.g. 2) Duplicate entries in the Korean/Global STOVE community are allowed, and the first artwork uploaded will be accepted.

- Be sure to follow the given posting format.

- If you qualify for the Finals of the Fan Art Illustration category, information such as how to vote, the schedule, and more will be announced through a separate notice.

- If your account information cannot be verified, your prizes may be canceled.

- Submitted entries must be free from any copyright issues. 

- Submissions that are excessively political/religious/suggestive or violent will be disqualified and will be deleted without a notice.

- All entries that do not follow the [Holdings Fan UGC Support Policy] will be also excluded.

- If it is confirmed that your submission was not legal, you prize may be canceled.

- A customs clearance fee may be levied on the offline prizes, and the prize will be returned when the recipient refuses to pay the fee.

- In countries where overseas deliveries are not currently permitted, the prizes will be delivered later once restrictions have been lifted or may be changed to an in-game item of equivalent value.

- Depending on the circumstances, the reward may be changed into different offline items or in-game items with an equivalent value.

- All award-winning works can be used for promotions, media, etc. related to Epic Seven including publications, merchandise printing, and operation of the game, and may be published on the Epic Seven official channels including STOVE communities. All participants are assumed to agree to this by participating in the event.

- You can submit your own created artwork for entry. However, if the submitted artwork is identified as AI-generated, your win may be revoked.
