[How to Participate]

① Create a wonderful celebratory creation to congratulate Epic Seven on its 8th anniversary.

② Upload your completed creation to the [8th Anniv. Celebration (Link)] board.

[Post Format]

- Title: Nickname/Server/Theme/Title of your creation

- Body: Upload your completed celebratory creation and a brief introduction

* To prevent unauthorized use, please be sure to include your in-game nickname or a visible signature on your creation.

[Event Reward and Winners Announcement]

- Winners (10 Heirs): 3,000 Skystone

- Winners Announcement: Separate announcement to be made later

■ Additional Notice

- Detailed criteria regarding Secondary Creation can be found in the Secondary Creation Guideline (Link).

- There are no specific size restrictions for the submitted images.

* To verify that the artwork was created directly and without the use of AI, please make sure to keep the following work-in-progress materials: 

▷ Original working files, such as PSD files with separated layers

▷ Initial drafts of the artwork (pencil sketches, etc.)

▷ Time-lapse videos of the creation process

▷ Other materials that can prove no AI was utilized

* Work-in-progress materials do not need to be submitted when registering your post. However, we may request them separately from candidates selected for prizes. If the requested materials are not submitted, or if it is difficult to verify direct creation using only the submitted materials, you may be excluded from the winners' selection.

■ Precautions

Please read all of the following carefully and participate only if you agree in advance.

By submitting your entry in accordance with the method outlined in [ How to Participate ] you will be deemed to have agreed to the contents of this notice.

(1) If your entry, including your nickname, falls under any of the cases listed below, it will be excluded from the selection process. If a violation is discovered after selection, the award may be revoked. If the award is revoked, prize money will not be awarded, and if it has already been awarded, measures such as prize money recovery will be taken.

- Content (including rewards) created upon request from a third party

- Content submitted after the submission period has ended

- Content that fully or partially uses images or text automatically generated by AI

- Content that violates the in-game operation policy or is deemed to infringe on third-party rights, such as by imitating others’ works

- Content featuring excessive explicit material, violence, or any form of discriminatory or hateful expression that violates societal standards

- Other content that the Company deems inappropriate for reasonable cause.

(2) The copyright of the entry belongs to the creator and will remain with the winner even after the award is granted. However, Smilegate may exhibit, post, reproduce, and distribute the winning entries on the official website, official SNS, videos, printed materials, showcases, and offline events for the operation and promotion of this event.

(3) If the posted work is deleted before the winner announcement date, it will be excluded from selection.

(4) Smilegate will not bear any costs incurred in the production of submitted works.

(1) Participants take part in this contest at their own responsibility.

(2) Smilegate shall not be liable for any disputes arising from participation in or selection for this contest, or between participants and any third parties, regardless of the cause.

(3) This contest may be suspended without prior notice due to company circumstances.

(4) Smilegate shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants in relation to this contest (including suspension, interruption, or termination of the contest, and any other circumstances).

(5) The disclaimer provisions of Smilegate set forth in this notice shall not apply in cases where the direct cause of the damage is due to the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
