4/24 (Fri) Patch Information

This is GM Dominiel.

Epic Seven will have a patch on 4/24 (Fri).

Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

■ 4/24 (Fri) Patch Information

1. Schedule: 4/24 (Fri) 13:00 - 14:00 (UTC)

2. Details

- An issue where the game intermittently returns to the main screen when playing Arena including Salome.

- An issue where the Episode 6 "Follow the Scuffling Sound" event cannot be completed intermittently.

- An issue where events are not appearing for some Heirs.

- An issue where an error pop-up is displayed for some Heirs when claiming rewards after reaching Friendship Lv.10.

- An issue where a certain PC Client intermittently crashes.

- [Spanish] An issue where the tooltip for Salome's Skill 2, "Salvation," is incorrectly marked as "All Allies."

→ The text will be corrected to "a target Hero except for the caster"

3. Affected Content: Temporary interruption of game access

■ World Arena/Draft Arena/World Boss/Guild War Temporary Restriction Notice

1. Schedule: 4/24 (Fri) 13:00 - 14:00 (UTC)

2. Details: Temporary Content Restriction for a Maintenance Patch

3. Affected Content: Access to World Arena, Draft Arena, World Boss, and Guild War will be unavailable during the temporary content restriction period.

※ Please Note!

- Even if the game closes after the patch application, the player’s game data will be unaffected.

- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.

- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.

- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.
