2. Politis & Knowledge Seed Drop Rate Up

In this Drop Rate Up, meet Politis, a Fire elemental Mage who is capable of decreasing enemies’ Combat Readiness increase effects and inflicting debuffs. Players can also obtain the Mage exclusive Artifact, Knowledge Seed, that can grant all allies except for the caster a random buff upon receiving lethal damage.
