[ Eligibility ]

Individuals who own a STOVE account or a personal social media channel (X, YouTube, Facebook, Pixiv, etc.) and agree to all terms stated in this notice.

* Corporate entries and collaborative works by multiple individuals are not eligible.

* Minors, based on the laws of their country of residence, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

"Nggdrasil asks you: Are you ready to die gloriously for our cause?"

Acolyte Kayron, who dreams of the world's destruction through the secret organization known as the Black Grail, along with his three Executors—Salome, Rhianna, and Luciella. Standing against them are Ras, Ludwig, Estelle, and Ivana, caught within a harrowing tale. Bring your own creativity to this dark and dramatic story, and share your amazing artwork with us!

* Some winning entries may be added to the game as Profile Card Backgrounds and in other in-game content.

* Winning entries will be selected from the submitted works through a strict internal screening process.

[ How to Participate ]

1. After creating your artwork based on the contest theme, please post it on your personal social media channel with the designated hashtag included.

- Required Hashtag: #E7contest

* If you do not have a social media account, you may also participate by uploading your artwork to the Fanart board (Link) on the official Epic Seven community.

* Even if you have already posted your artwork on your personal channel, you may also upload it to the official community. Artwork posted on the official community’s Fan Art board may be featured on official social media channels and in-game.

2. Please submit at least one file that can verify the artwork was created without the use of AI, along with the link to your uploaded artwork, through the application page (Link).

* Required Attachments

▷ Original working files with separated layers (ex. .psd, .clip, .procreate, etc.)

* Recommended Attachments

▷ Initial draft of the artwork (e.g., line art)

▷ Creation process timelapse

▷ Any other materials that can verify the artwork was created without AI assistance

* Entries will not be considered valid if the application form is not submitted or if work files such as PSD files are not included.

■ Additional Notice

- Detailed criteria regarding Secondary Creation can be found in the Secondary Creation Guideline (Link).

- You may participate with one or multiple entries (however, repeated submissions of the same artwork will not be accepted).

- The files you submit will be used solely to verify whether generative AI was used during the judging process.

- There are no restrictions on image size. However, for judging purposes, please note that we will ask the winning candidates to submit their data in the following format.

- Canvas Size: 5,000px × 3,688px / Landscape or portrait orientation accepted

- Main subjects such as Heroes must be positioned within the central 3,999px × 2,250px area.

- Color mode: RGB

- Winners will receive an email requesting personal information for prize distribution and tax processing.

■ Precautions

Please read all of the following carefully and participate only if you agree in advance.

By submitting your entry in accordance with the method outlined in [ How to Participate ] you will be deemed to have agreed to the contents of this notice.

(1) If your entry, including your nickname, falls under any of the cases listed below, it will be excluded from the selection process. If a violation is discovered after selection, the award may be revoked. If the award is revoked, prize money will not be awarded, and if it has already been awarded, measures such as prize money recovery will be taken.

- Content unrelated to the contest theme

- Content (including rewards) created upon request from a third party

- Content submitted after the submission period has ended

- Content that fully or partially uses images or text automatically generated by AI

- Content that violates the in-game operation policy or is deemed to infringe on third-party rights, such as by imitating others’ works

- Content featuring excessive explicit material, violence, or any form of discriminatory or hateful expression that violates societal standards

- Content based on existing work/goods, works/goods scheduled to be released, works/goods that have already been submitted for/won other contests

- Other content that the Company deems inappropriate for reasonable cause.

(2) The copyright of submitted content belongs to the creator and will remain with the winner even after the award is granted. However, Smilegate may acquire the copyright of the awarded content through a separate agreement with the award candidate, and if an agreement is not reached, the award may be canceled.

(3) Smilegate may use the awarded works for promotional purposes by posting them on online channels such as the official website and social media accounts.

(4) Contestants will not be notified individually of the selection results. In addition, the results of this contest will be announced through media such as websites operated by Smilegate and official social media accounts. 

(5) Regardless of whether an award is received, participants are deemed to have given prior consent for all or part of the submitted work, comments on the work, and their STOVE nickname to be reproduced on websites operated by Smilegate, official social media accounts, or other media, or displayed in events. The reproduced content may be partially modified.

(6) If the posted work is deleted before the winner announcement date, it will be excluded from selection.

(7) Smilegate will not bear any costs incurred in the production of submitted works.

(8) Smilegate makes every effort to protect participants’ personal information and collects and uses personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Personal information collected at the time of participation, such as email addresses, social media accounts, and STOVE accounts, will be used only for identity verification, winner selection, rights usage authorization, legal compliance, and prize remittance.

(9) Winners may be contacted separately regarding the selection and award procedures. If no response is received within a specified period after contact, the prize and award may not be granted.

(10) You may participate regardless of your place of residence. In addition, when receiving prize money, fees may be deducted depending on the location of the bank account. Please understand in advance.

■ Disclaimer

(1) Participants take part in this contest at their own responsibility.

(2) Smilegate shall not be liable for any disputes arising from participation in or selection for this contest, or between participants and any third parties, regardless of the cause.

(3) This contest may be suspended without prior notice due to company circumstances.

(4) Smilegate shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants in relation to this contest (including suspension, interruption, or termination of the contest, and any other circumstances).

(5) The disclaimer provisions of Smilegate set forth in this notice shall not apply in cases where the direct cause of the damage is due to the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
