Epic Seven Illustration Contest Round 4 begins now.

The prize pool is bigger than ever!

And now two winning designs from the New Costumes category will be showcased in the game!

The winning illustrations from both First Prize winners and Runners-up in each category will be available in-game.

We look forward to seeing amazing works that will join the collection of past winning entries beloved by our Heirs.

Without further ado, we'd like to announce the beginning of Round 4 of the <pixiv> Epic Seven Illustration Contest!

1. Schedule: 1/24 (Fri) – 3/9 (Sun) 14:59 UTC

2. Details: Participate in the <pixiv> Epic Seven Illustration Contest Round 4 and share your outstanding artwork with us!

3. Categories and Submission Format

* Winning candidates will be asked to submit their illustrations in PSD format, retaining the original image size with the character and background layers separated, along with a version of the PSD file prepared before merging all layers.

   - New Costumes Category Original Size: Width: 2894px * Height: 4093px

   - Fan Art Category Original Size: Width: 3160px * Height: 1920px

* When winning entries are picked up for use in the game, the Company may re-draw or edit the entries to fit with the game's settings and overall style. This may result in major changes to the design, coloring, and composition of the original illustration.

4. Eligible Participants

pixiv users who've agreed to all terms and guidelines of this contest (Only individuals can participate in the contest. Companies or teams will not be accepted.)

* Minors are welcome to submit their illustrations with parental consent.

5. How to participate

Draw your illustrations according to the theme of each category and post them on pixiv with the correct tag designated per category.

6. Selection of Winners and Rewards

Entries submitted to the contest will undergo an initial selection process to identify winning candidates, followed by a strict and fair evaluation to determine the final winners.

7. Winners Announcement

A separate notice will be made after the contest concludes.

* The winning illustrations will be selected and announced via a separate notice after the contest concludes. They will be announced on STOVE, pixiv and on official social media accounts.

* The winners' announcement will feature the submitted works from the pixiv Illustration Contest, along with participants' nicknames, all published together.

* Please Note

- This event is conducted on pixiv, and the actual prize money will be rewarded based on Japanese Yen.

- Participants can submit as many illustrations as they would like; however, they cannot submit for both categories simultaneously with a single illustration.

- Only illustrations related to Epic Seven will be accepted.

- When submitting your entry, select the category you'd like to participate in, and the designated tags will be automatically added.

- The designated tags should be in Japanese.

- Please make sure to submit your work within the event period.

- The following will be excluded from the award selection.

   ・ Any drawings unrelated to the topics

   ・ Drawings without the designated tags

   ・ Drawings posted as "My pixiv only" or "Private"

   ・ Any works produced at the request of a third party (including rewards)

   ・ Drawings posted after the submission period or reposted

   ・ Drawings with AI-generated images or texts

   ・ Any works that violate pixiv Guidelines in the requirements

- If it is confirmed that your participation involved any fraudulent means, the winner selection may be canceled, even after the winners' announcement, without further notice.

- If you are selected as a winning candidate, you may be contacted separately regarding the selection and award process. If no response is received within a specified period following the contact, the prize and reward may not be granted. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

* Winning Candidates Notice

- Illustrations that passed the initial selection process will be contacted via messages in pixiv.

- Those who received the message must submit the additional PSD file. If you do not submit within the period, you may be excluded from the winners' selection. 

- Please see the pixiv Guidelines for more details.

* Winners Notice

- Fan Art Category: When adjusting the illustration for the title screen, depending on the resolution of the device, the top, bottom, left, or right parts may be cut off or not display properly.

- New Costumes Category: The illustration may be modified and reprocessed to meet in-game story details and ESRB Ratings. In this case, the design, coloring, and composition or settings may change significantly compared to the original illustration.

- The winning illustrations will be introduced via an announcement on STOVE and a separate pixiv notice or special page.

- We ask you not to delete or change the posting to private after winning the award.

- All award-winning works can be used for publication, merchandise, printings, marketing, etc. related to Epic Seven, and will be uploaded on the official social media accounts and on the STOVE community.

- Entries from abroad are also welcome for this contest. Winners residing overseas will receive their prizes through international bank transfer. Please note that the final amount received may be lower than the stated prize due to transfer fees and related charges.
