HP HPE7-V01 Exam Questions, what actually helped you pass this one?

Passed HPE7-V01 last week, so here's what actually made the difference instead of the usual "just study hard" advice.

Understanding GreenLake billing and deployment models properly is what turned things around for me. I got a question about HPE GreenLake for SAP HANA and whether it supports instances running in the public cloud versus needing specific on-prem hardware, with a billing detail tied into it too. I'd read about GreenLake before, but I never actually sat down and worked out how the different variants get billed or deployed until closer to the exam. Once I did, questions like that stopped being guesswork.

Disaster recovery and replication was the other one that mattered a lot. I got a full customer requirements scenario, existing HA cluster, Fault Tolerance on some VMs, 200 virtual machines to protect, an RPO of 0, and I had to figure out what the setup actually required. Knowing that RPO 0 forces synchronous replication, not asynchronous, is exactly the kind of detail you either know cold or you don't. No amount of general architecture knowledge fills that gap.

Licensing questions showed up more than I expected, too. One was about the HPE Storage Integration Pack for VMware vCenter Server and when specific licenses are actually required. Pure design knowledge wouldn't have gotten me that one; it's a separate thing you have to know.

I used the HP HPE7-V01 exam questions on CertBoosters a couple of weeks before my exam, and the GreenLake question, the DR and replication scenario, and the licensing question I ran into there matched closely with what I saw on the real exam. That's genuinely what got me ready for the specific stuff I mentioned above, not just general review.
